Return/Exchange Policy
The staff at Central Coast Surfboards sincerely hopes that you enjoy your purchase. However, if you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please remember to keep the item in new condition, in its original packaging. Please follow the steps below to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
1. All items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Garments must be unwashed and unworn. Videos, and other itmes in manufacturers packaging, must be unopened.
2. Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 30 days of your invoice date.
3. Include a copy of your invoice, noting the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange with your return package. If you would like an exchange, please indicate the new item, size, and color.
4. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return any items to us. If you would like to exchange an item, you will be charged for the cost to re-ship the new item.
5. Skateboard decks are guaranteed for manufacturer defects only. Used decks cannot be returned. Broken decks will not be replaced.
