4/3mm warmth in a 3/2mm wetsuit.
Ask anyone who's owned one; Isurus makes the most thought-out, well-designed, and best-constructed wetsuits available today. Surfing exposes muscles to high frequency muscle vibration, a cause of premature muscle fatigue. The Kinesiology based MST Muscle Stabilization Technology developed by Isurus, wraps and stabilizes key muscle groups stressed when surfing. This means you surf longer, stronger, and warmer.
Isurus took a new approach to pattern-making for surf wetsuits. Wetsuit patterning, like all clothing (for the past 50 years) have been made with the arms hanging at your side, okay for street clothes, but for surfing wetsuits, it is restrictive. Isurus designed the wetsuit with the arms raised overhead. Putting your arms in the optimal power position for paddling. Plus, a water entrapment zone on the forearms increases your hydrodynamic advantage for more paddle power.
