Standard $5 Shipping

Don't worry about filling up your cart or buying stuff you don't really want. Central Coast Surfboards will ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. (Lower 48) for a mere $5, with no minimum purchase. 

Here's the break down:

Orders will ship UPS or USPS, so reliability is not an issue. 

Surfboards and some other items are not eligible for $5 Shipping. See special rates here.

The $5 Shipping option is only available for shipments to the Continental U.S. (Lower 48), and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. 

Orders weighing over 20 pounds are not eligible for $5 Shipping.

If you want your stuff as fast as possible, we understand. Expedited shipping rates are still available. Expedited rates are based on weight and vary by carrier. You will be able to choose your desired shipping rate by delivery time during checkout.

    Who Ships my order?

    • Orders placed on our website are shipped from Central Coast Surfboards' retail store. 

    When will my order ship?

    • Central Coast Surfboards strives to ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order. You will receive an email with tracking info once your item(s) have shipped.

      What if the item I ordered is not what I received?

      • Unfortunately mistakes do happen and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
      • Email luke@ccsurf.com or call (805) 541-1129 with your order number so we can make things right as soon as possible.

        Can I return/exchange an item?

        Wetsuits: wetsuits and wetsuit accessories including booties, hoods, gloves, etc. are returnable for a refund minus original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee only if the wetsuit is unused, in perfect, brand-new condition, has all original tags and labels still attached, and has the original purchase receipt. Wetsuits that are returned to us and deemed not to meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer with no refund given.

        You have 30 days to return the unused and/or unopened product(s) in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days*, and we will refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.

        We are not responsible for shipping costs to return an item for refund or exchange, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. For most items, we can send an $10 invoice and email a return shipping label for your convenience.

        *Refunds will not be issued for used items or for surfboards, skateboard decks with grip tape applied, skateboard decks with shrink wrap removed, or clothing with tags removed unless they are deemed to be defective from the manufacturer.

        2. If you ship the item yourself, which may be cheaper in some cases, please include the original receipt with the reason for the return/exchange. 
        3. Ship your unused product in its original packaging to Central Coast Surfboards: Returns,1148 Marsh Street, San Luis Obispo CA, 93401.

        Please Note:

        • Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or incorrect orders.
        • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your items.
        • Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.

          Defective Items

          • If you receive defective merchandise, please call us at (805) 541-1129 for assistance.

          Damaged Items

          • If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Central Coast Surfboards immediately using the contact information included with the order.

            Please save all packaging material and paperwork if damage in shipping has occurred to receive credit for the return.

          Limits of Responsibility

          • We are not responsible for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during the operation or use of the product(s) you purchased.
